Garcia's professional background spans over two decades, starting in 2003 after earning her Physician Assistant certification. She has held roles across several healthcare settings, including urgent care, occupational medicine, and chronic disease management. Her experience includes collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, performing annual wellness exams, and conducting outpatient surgical procedures. 

Annita Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, where she graduated cum laude. Fluent in both English and Spanish. She is certified by the state of Florida and maintains active membership in the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Florida Association of Physician Assistants. Her commitment to high standards in patient care and her bilingual abilities make her an integral part of the IMA Medical Group team.
